- I understand that I must have a current resale license in order to place orders with Gifts Amazing! I also understand that there are overall minimums as well as per item minimums that must be met for each order. All orders will be shipped as complete as possible. If some items are unavailable, they will be backordered. Backorders under $40 will be automatically canceled. Otherwise back orders will be automatically billed and shipped as soon as they become available. I understand that If I do not want a backorder, it is my responsibility to contact Gifts Amazing to cancel it. Once an order is shipped, I can no longer cancel or return without express written authorization from Gifts Amazing. Payment will be processed only after the order has been packaged and shipping has been calculated. Any shortages or damaged items must be reported within 15 days upon receipt of shipment.
